The FilleRx® System provides accurate count of capsules/tablets/gel during the slat filling operation, eliminating under-fill, and detecting foreign capsules/tablets.
While tablets/capsules are in mid-air they are counted and simultaneously inspected for color, shape, dimensions and integrity. The capsule/table/gel integrity can be identified by the presence of a small semi-circular band of 0.50 mm to 1.0 mm thick, printed on each capsule.

Automatic FilleRx® Inspection System: During the slat filling operation, the FilleRx® system automatically captures the images of falling capsules/tablets/gels at a rate of 1960 units per second. It indentifies and tracks each product while entering the corresponding bottle.
Bottles containing inaccurate count or unacceptable capusle/tablet will be automatically rejected and sent to a quarantined holding location.
