The FilleRx® system accommodates unlimited number of products.  Several sizes of tablet, capsule, and gel products may fit one size of slat.  Once the product is automatically loaded in the slat a simple protocol may be applied to automatically teach the FilleRx system the vital characteristic to constitute acceptable products.  Theres characteristics are dimensions, color, shapes, chemical compositions, active ingredients, tablets-hardness, and tablet-disintegration. 

An operator will select the correct product once the appropriate password is entered.  The system then is ready to run within the click of a "run"button."

The FilleRx® system simultaneously fills two lanes of 20 bottles each lane.  The bottle lanes are synchronized with the advancement of each slat dispensing its 80 products.

The FilleRx® system tacks and automatically documents the exact acceptable product number entering in each bottle.   Also, it ensures that unacceptable product are tracked and condemned to a quarantined chute for further analysis.

The FilleRx® is ready to run.at any time once the specific product name is selected from the drop down menu


The FilleRx® system automatically divides the slat into equal segments, where each segment contains equal number of products in equal number of cavities.  Each segment is designated for analysis by its unique designated camera system than can measure flaws in microns.

Irrespective of the color combinations of the product the FilleRx® is equipped with unique intelligence to detect the flaws within microns.  The acceptable product is marked with green color.  Similarly the unacceptable product is marked in red.  Nevertheles, this color representation is shown only if the machine stopped during the debug mode or during the validation process.


(Simulated during validation) - A foreign object is detected - The FilleRx® system shuts down instantly at the precise location of the unwanted object.

FilleRx® system locks down the entire production facility where the incoming and outgoing product products are considered under quarantine until a full investigation is completed.

 Once the FilleRx® system detects a foreign product in any single cavity, and in any single slat during any product run, it shuts down the entire machine mechanically, and electronically locks down all the data capturing the images and their corresponding data of the foreign object.  The FilleRx® system will not release the machine for further run until all the FDA regulations are met in this event.

The gates and the opening chutes that allow the product to flow to the FilleRx® system will also shut down preventing any interference with the "fatal error analysis."

The individuals who may have  the highest password authorization may allow the FilleRx® system to resume normal operation after the FDA protocol and regulations are met.


The FilleRx® system permits each slat to pass through its camera field of views at rate of 10 slats per second.  The Images of the product segments in each slat are captured, analyzed, and a decision is rendered before the following slat enters the same field of views. 

The segment of the captured image contains 8 cavities that containing 8 products.  It is observed that the 8th product in the 8th cavity is defective. 

 The FilleRx® system tracks the flaws in the 8th cavity even when the product is mid air till it is rejected.


The FilleRx® system is unique in capturing micro flaws, and highly distinguished in detecting empty cavity, as well as many other types of flaws. 

 

The FilleRx® system provides absolute accurate counts of all the products entering the bottles at any instant during the entire production run. It maintain electronic records of all products pass the FilleRx® fields of view.


(Simulated Flaw) - In several occasions objects may depart the actual filling machine.  Unwanted objects may mix with the actual products and fill certain cavities.The FilleRx® system

The fatal error of foreign object will cause the system to shut down.  The graphic representation will guide the operator to the exact location of the cavity, the exact camera  that detected the the error.

An approved FDA Audit is required in such incident.  The system will not resume its operation unless the appropriate personnel have taken the corrective remedies guided by the FilleRx® system.

The The FilleRx® system direct the operator to the precise location of the unwanted object.

Appointed personnel designated to select the size of the flaw, and the flaw tolerances will be directed by FilleRx® system to fill the allocated spaces to run production.  The flow can be a simple search on the product surface as illustrated.

 The product with unacceptable flaw size will detected and electronically marked for rejection.  The FilleRx® system will track the flow until the defect is removed.  The FilleRx® system will ensure highly accurate count of acceptable product inside each bottle with the exact of predetermined count.


The FilleRx® system accurately identifies the acceptable products and accumulates the exact count to the corresponding bottle. 

The system internally tracks the acceptable products correlating them to the corresponding bottle and provides instant record that is stored in the data base even for every single product passes the filed of view.


A migrating product may land randomly at any cavity.  It may cause one bottle to contain and extra count, while depriving another bottle from accurate count.  The FilleRx® system will not permit such incident.

Although the migrating product is acceptable in form, fit,  and function, the FilleRx® system considers it unacceptable as it deprives a certain bottle of it counting integrity.  the captured and analyzed image of the migrating product is a unique to the FilleRx® system will as it provides distinctive performance unlike in other filling machine existing in the world to-date.


The FilleRx® system provides exceptional accuracy in counting and tracking acceptable product entering the bottles.  The FilleRx® system is the only system known to-date that does not fail tracking each object till acceptable product enters completely the bottle. 

The FilleRx® system provides distinctive graphical and mathematical statistical data  displayed at the operator interface screen.  The data are accurate instantaneous.  There is no time lag between the actual captured data and the displayed data.  This is contributed to the American SensoRx power of computing technology and developing highly reliable and optimized routines used in the FilleRx® system. 


The FilleRx® system ensures that bottles missing the exact count will be taken off the production line for further compensations.  This will ensure absolute counting integrity of each bottle enters and exits the FilleRx® system seamlessly.

The FilleRx® system automatically stops and alerts the operators once the exact number of bottles is reached irrespective of how long and how many shifts the system may need to reach the production target.
